Consultation – We work with you to help conceptualise your idea and develop a scope for your project including the contextual framework and preliminary creative and technical direction.
Pre-Production – We take a detailed look at the technical and creative aspects of the photography shoot with a site investigation to confirm the best location and technical requirements including lighting, backdrops and styling. This can be communicated with your staff so they are prepared and well relaxed.
Photography Shoot – We love making sure our clients get to not only see, but also engage in the creative process, and provide their feedback in real time on the photography. By shooting at your workplace, on location, the camera and lighting are set up so your staff arrive and have their photos taken without waiting. Business people don’t have time to waste. I’ll quickly capture them at their most relaxed and engaged so that they can get back to business.
Image Delivery – Selected images are professionally edited, retouched and prepared ready for use online and in print media. You’ll receive the high resolution image files via a digital asset delivery platform such as Hightail.
Each photography assignment is clearly quoted based on a thorough understanding of the shoot requirements and shot list. I’m always happy to meet with clients in advance to discuss and plan the shoot in detail.
Most quotes are made up of a photography fee for either a full-day or half-day rate, plus a fee for the time spent on digital download, shot selection and processing. Other costs such as styling, travel, studio hire and other technical elements are quoted and approved prior to the shoot day.
